Cancellation Policy

A. You may cancel your registration (in writing) up to 21 calendar days before the event and receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be issued on requests received prior to the 21 calendar days to the event.  If you must cancel fewer than 21 days before the event, you may apply your registration fee to another event or you may send someone in your place. Substitutions are always welcome. No shows will be responsible for the full tuition; no refunds or credit will be issued. Cancellations must be made in writing

B. In the event that we do not have the sufficient amount of minimum students required (5) we have the right to cancel the Sewing Makeover Weekend and return students their full amount of money that they paid for tuition only.

C. Any airfair, lodging and related expenses due to The Sewing Makeover Weekend are strictly the responsiblity of the enrolled student when attending and in the case of the event’s cancellation.
